Casino noise in the restaurants. Limited access to shopping and other restaurants. No iron in room, no kettle in room. Dinner doesn't start until 8pm.

This hotel is conveniently located next to a mall and in an area with a casino for some entertainment. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with stunning ocean views. the breakfast buffet is impressive with a wide variety of options available. Guests can enjoy a heated rooftop pool and Jacuzzi, perfect for families with children or anyone looking to relax. the staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel could benefit from better soundproofing, as noise from the casino can be heard in some areas.

Very large rooms (43 sq metres) which are quiet with a very comfortable bed. Free Wi-Fi. Very helpful staff. Location was fine for us , but a bit south of the main city. Great value for money, would definitely stay here again.

Staff asking for tips - including giving you a bill at breakfast (even though it was included) before even getting a coffee just so you could add a tip to the Bill! Service similar to 'Fawlty Towers' including knocking a full glass of wine over on our table, not noticing, and then charging us to refill it!!! Food not that great. Reception area large & spacious but very noisy when the casino is open. More noise shielding required, but not a problem for the restaurants or bedrooms. Bar was not open, even though reception said it should be.

Hotel is very impersonal and noisy till late given the club and the casino. Restaurants are not as good as they're made to believe, especially the Mescanti restaurant which is supposedly a gastronomic place but is indeed very pricey for average food quality. Breakfast products are not that fresh.

The rooftop swimming pool and Jacuzzi were perfect for a relaxing swim with my family. The comfortable and interconnected rooms were ideal for a large family like ours. The breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a variety of hot items and delicious options. The hotel's proximity to the casino, while maintaining a calm lobby, added to the convenience. The ocean view from the rooms was stunning.

Some minor maintenance issues were noticed, such as a malfunctioning outlet and distorted TV sound. The Wi-Fi was intermittent and the elevator service needed improvement.

The Hotel was amazing! Room was wonderful, clean and great view of the ocean. The restaurants were great.. We had a garden pizza that was excellent. We were very impressed with the hotel and the staff ..great place to stay!

The staff was great and the room had a great view of the beach and the port. I would stay there again if I'm ever lucky enough to get back to beautiful Chile. What a great Country. Sincerely, Carol Keir

The Texas Burger, but no big deal, everything else was wonderful.

Cleanliness was impressive, and hotel facilities were top-notch in this Casino area with 4 restaurants and amazing breakfast options. Staff was welcoming and transportation, along with parking, was quite convenient.

Spent Christmas here and it was fantastic! The ocean views from the room were incredible and made it even more special. The location was perfect, as it was close to all the attractions we wanted to see. We really enjoyed the spa services, which were quite affordable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The food was also a highlight, with fresh seafood and local dishes.

The Wi-Fi wasn't consistent and we had some trouble staying connected. Another downside was that the room cleaning service was a bit slow, with our room being cleaned quite late in the day.
